Hope you had a great month of May! This was a busy month with more inventory coming on the market. Properties are still moving very quickly. There are some properties that have come on the market and are priced above recent comps. Some have gone into escrow right away and some are still sitting on the market. I am curiously watching these higher price properties to see what kind of activity they have. If they move very quickly, then it shows that are market is still very hot.
Inventory is super low right now with buyer’s rushing to every property that comes on the market. I am receiving calls everyday from agents and buyers looking for units in Woodland Hills. Properties are still definitely moving with my listings receiving much activity.
