It is the highest sale year to date for a 1 bedroom unit and is the highest sale since the 2006 Real Estate Market. This sale price is over $60,000 than the last 1 bedroom sale that sold on 10/28/16 and over $27,000 over the average 1 bedroom sale in the Met Woodland Hills in the last six months.
