February Woodland Hills Condos/Townhouse Real Estate Update-Market is Hot!

Hello Fellow Friends and Neighbors,

 

Hope you had a great February! The month of February was a booming month with very strong pricing activity which is good for homeowners. Last month I was able to complete two record breaking sales in the Met Woodland Hills Complex. One was a 2BR (non loft) that sold for $445,000 which would be the first non loft 2 bedroom sale in the $440s in over a decade. My other record breaking sale was for a 1 bedroom with loft sale for $352,000 which we sold higher than the initial appraised value and is also the highest sale of this floor plan in over 10 years and first in the $350ks in a very long time as well. There have also been sales throughout Woodland Hills condos that have broken past previous price barriers which I believe will help our values increase moving forward from a sales and appraisal perspective. This also shows the value of a local agent who specializes in the neighborhood.

 

Inventory is super low right now with buyer’s rushing to every property that comes on the market. I am receiving calls everyday from agents and buyers looking for Woodland Hills Condos/Townhouses. Properties are still definitely moving with my listings receiving much activity.

Many Woodland Hills Condos are still moving very quickly with my listings having a lot of buyer activity and some even selling before going on the market for record prices. I know of many buyers looking right now and the low inventory is creating high demand of high quality buyers. There are still many opportunities out there for anyone looking to move up to a bigger home or move closer to shorten your commute.
