Santa Claus decided to come down from the freezing North Pole to the warm weather resort-like community of the Met Woodland Hills. He was greeted by many smiling children and adults and stuffed is face with lots of cookies and hot chocolate. He let me know that I made it on the “Good” list of Realtors this year, PHEW!
Thank you for everyone who came out and said HI to Santa and I. It was nice to see you this year, get a little bit of time to chat and take a photo with those who wanted to get on camera with me. Santa was very impressed with all the amenities that the Met Woodland Hills had to offer and was interested in buying a place here for the summer.
