I hope you had a great Memorial Day Weekend! I can’t believe June is already here! The number of sales in the Met Woodland Hills this month were slightly lower than April. The closed sale prices this month were lower than last month with many of the two bedroom escrows closing lower than April’s 2 bedroom sales. Supply of new inventory has been very low for 2 bedroom units in desirable locations which are still seeing strong demand.  We had a couple nice 3 bedroom units come on the market that are always in high demand due to their rarity. Each of those had multiple offers very quickly. This is a great opportunity for sellers right now to take advantage of low supply and high demand. Top floor units, 3 bedrooms and anything with a quiet location is still in high demand. Interest rates are staying near all time lows also makes it a good time for using your equity to move up into a larger property or to shorten your commute to work.
